1. Service Delivery (Digital Marketing Services)

  • All digital marketing services (SEO, social media management, paid ads, content creation, etc.) are delivered electronically through email, project dashboards, or client portals.

  • No physical shipment is involved for services.

  • Service timelines and deliverables will be defined in the proposal, quotation, or contract signed with the client.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen factors (third-party platform issues, client’s delay in providing required information, or technical challenges). We will communicate promptly in such cases.


2. E-Commerce Product Shipping

If you purchase physical products (e.g., digital tools, merchandise, marketing kits) from our e-commerce section:

  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship across India and selected international destinations.

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Within India: 5–10 business days

    • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

  • Shipping Charges: Will be calculated at checkout and may vary based on delivery location, weight, and shipping method.

  • Order Tracking: Customers will receive tracking details via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.


3. Delays in Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, customs clearance, or unforeseen events such as strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and not guarantees.


4. Damaged or Lost Items (For Products)

  • If your product is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos, order details).

  • We will investigate and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
