1. Cancellation Policy

Project-based service cancellations will only be accepted before work has commenced. Once a project has started, cancellations will not be entertained.

- The client fails to provide necessary approvals, access, or content on time.
- The client engages in activities violating Indian laws, advertising guidelines, or ethical business practices.

2. Refund Policy

All payments made to DPS Digital Marketing Agency are final and non-refundable, except under the following conditions:

Duplicate Payment: If the client is charged more than once for the same service.
Billing Error: If there is an incorrect deduction due to a technical issue.
Service Non-Delivery: If services agreed in writing are not delivered, subject to internal review and approval.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) campaigns
Social media management
Paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
Content writing, design, and branding services
Website development after design approval
Monthly retainers or subscription-based plans

4. Refund Timeline & Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days in accordance with RBI guidelines, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Governing Law
